Our Mission
ValueForMoney exists to help Indian consumers make confident home & kitchen purchases. We started because we couldn't find a single Indian review site that took these buying decisions seriously. Most articles were rehashed spec sheets or thinly disguised ads. We wanted reviews written for Indian homes — Indian pricing, Indian availability, and the kind of appliances most of us actually need — ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, geysers, soundbars, kitchen appliances, and more.
Our goal is simple: give you the information you need to buy the right appliance at the right price, without the noise.

Our reviews are produced by the ValueForMoney Editorial Team — a group of researchers and writers who specialise in home & kitchen products for Indian consumers. Every review goes through multiple rounds of spec verification, user review analysis, and editorial review before publication.
We don't accept guest posts, sponsored content, or manufacturer-influenced reviews. Every recommendation is based on our independent research process.
How We Work
Each review follows a structured process:
- We identify the most relevant products in each category based on search demand, availability on Amazon.in, and buyer interest
- We analyse detailed specifications, comparing features across competing models side by side
- We cross-reference hundreds of real user reviews from Amazon.in and brand-specific forums to validate manufacturer claims
- We evaluate after-sales support — warranty terms, service centre availability, and customer support responsiveness
- We track prices weekly and update reviews when pricing or availability changes significantly
Editorial Independence
We participate in the Amazon Associates (India) programme — when you click a product link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is how we keep the lights on.
However, affiliate income never influences a rating or recommendation. We rate products on merit using transparent, weighted criteria that are shown in every review. We have no financial relationships with manufacturers, and we do not accept payment for reviews or product placement.
